Neon Dance AI
Terms of Service
The rules for using Neon Dance AI, buying credits, and sharing the dance videos you make
These terms cover your use of Neon Dance AI at https://neondanceai.app. When we say "Neon Dance AI", "we" or "us", we mean the operator of this website. When we say "you", we mean the person using it.
By signing in or buying credits, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
At a glance
- You upload two photos, each of a person or a pet, and we turn them into a roughly 16-second, 16:9 duo dance video in MP4.
- Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, and only of people who have agreed to it.
- Each video costs 20 credits. If a render fails for any reason, those credits go back to your balance automatically.
- Video pack credits never expire. Subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly period.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Unused purchases can be refunded if you ask within 7 days through the contact page.
- The results are AI-generated. Likeness and quality are not guaranteed, and you are responsible for how you share your videos.
- Neon Dance AI is independent and not affiliated with any artist, label, song, choreographer, TikTok or any other social platform.
What the service does
Neon Dance AI makes short dance videos from your photos. The process works in two steps:
- Portraits. You upload two photos. An AI image model turns each one into a clean, full-body studio portrait of that person or pet.
- The dance. The Seedance 2.5 video model then recreates a neon dance routine of about 16 seconds in a 16:9 frame: a white studio, hair whips, finger guns, a spin, a high kick and a high-low pose. The two dancers in the routine are replaced by the people or pets from your photos.
The video model renders without sound. We add a soundtrack afterwards. The finished file is an MP4 that you can download from your account.
What we can't promise
AI video generation is still unpredictable. Faces may drift, hands may look odd, a pet may come out slightly wrong, and frames can contain visual artifacts. We do not guarantee that the video will look like the people or pets in your photos, or that every render will match the reference routine move for move. Clear, well-lit photos that show most of the body usually work best.
The reference routine
The reference dance clip that guides each render is itself a generated remake with fictional dancers. It does not show any real performer.
No affiliation
Neon Dance AI is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to any artist, musician, record label, song, choreographer, TikTok, or any other social media platform or trend owner.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. We don't use passwords. Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us so we can create your account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure, and for anything that happens through your Neon Dance AI account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to buy credits or a subscription. If you are under that age, don't make purchases on the site.
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting your account removes your account data and the photos and videos stored for it. Deleted videos can't be recovered, so download anything you want to keep first.
Credits, packs and subscriptions
How credits work
Every video costs a fixed 20 credits. Credits are taken when you start a render. If the render fails for any reason the 20 credits are returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask.
Credits have no cash value. They can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
Video packs
Video packs are one-time purchases. The credits from a pack never expire.
Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly subscriptions give you a set number of credits each month.
- Subscription credits expire at the end of the monthly period they were granted for. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
- Yearly plans are billed once a year, but the credits are still delivered month by month, one month's allowance at a time.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you already paid for.
Prices and payment
Current prices are listed on the pricing page in US dollars. At checkout, Stripe may show the price in your local currency. We may change prices in the future; a change never affects a purchase already made, and a new subscription price applies only from your next billing period.
All payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Post-purchase offer
Right after a purchase, we may show you a short, limited-time offer for an extra credit pack at a discount. It is optional.
Refunds
- Failed renders: credits are returned automatically, as described above.
- Unused purchases: if you haven't used any of the credits from a purchase, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying it. Send the request through the contact page with the email address on your account.
- Used credits: once credits from a purchase have been used to make videos, that purchase is generally non-refundable. If a video looks clearly broken, get in touch and we'll take a look.
- What a refund takes back: when a purchase is refunded, the unused credits it gave you are removed from your balance. Refunding a subscription charge removes the unused plan credits of that billing period, and no more monthly credits are granted for it.
This doesn't limit any refund rights that the consumer law of your country gives you and that can't be waived.
Chargebacks and abuse
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. If we see chargebacks, payment fraud, or attempts to game the system, we may suspend or close the account involved and cancel any remaining credits.
What you can upload
Your photos are the raw material for someone's face or pet on screen, so these rules matter. By uploading a photo, you confirm that:
- You own the photo or have permission to use it.
- Every person shown has agreed to their image being turned into a dance video. If a photo shows someone other than you, you have their consent.
- If the photo shows a minor, you are that child's parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, don't upload photos of minors.
You must not use Neon Dance AI to:
- Impersonate celebrities, public figures or any other real person, or create videos that pretend to be someone else.
- Create sexual, sexually suggestive, violent, hateful, harassing or bullying content.
- Make deceptive deepfakes meant to mislead people, embarrass someone, damage a reputation, or defame anyone.
- Upload photos that infringe copyright or other rights, or that you got without the right to use them.
- Break the law, or try to interfere with, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
Provider checks
The AI model providers we use run their own automated checks. They may reject a photo because it looks like copyrighted material or because it is flagged as sensitive. When that happens the render fails, and your credits are returned automatically. We can't override a provider's decision.
We may remove content, block uploads or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice, depending on how serious the problem is.
Rights in your photos and videos
Your photos stay yours. You keep all the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy and process those photos, and to send them to our model providers, only so we can make your portraits and videos and show them to you. It ends when you delete your account, apart from short-lived provider copies described in the Privacy Policy.
Your videos. You may use the videos you make for personal use and to share on social media, as long as that use is lawful and respects the rights of the people shown in them and of any other third party. We don't claim ownership of your videos.
The soundtrack. The music in your video is included for personal, non-commercial sharing. If you want to use a video commercially, for example in an advertisement or a paid promotion, the music may need a separate license that we can't grant. Get one, or replace the audio, before using the video that way.
Sharing responsibly. You are responsible for where and how you share your videos. We recommend labeling them as AI-generated, especially on platforms where viewers might take them for real footage.
Our side. The website, its design, the reference routine and the code behind the service belong to Neon Dance AI or its licensors.
Third-party services
The service relies on Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and AI model providers such as Replicate and kie.ai. If one of them has an outage, renders may be delayed or fail, and failed renders are refunded in credits.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the site running, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or fast. We may change, pause or retire features, models or the dance routine. If we close the service for good, we'll give reasonable notice and handle unused paid credits fairly.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind.
To the extent the law allows, Neon Dance AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or reputation, arising from your use of the service or from videos you create or share. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to cover any claims made against us by third parties that arise from photos you uploaded without permission, or from how you used or shared your videos.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or takes away mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Disputes and governing law
If something goes wrong, please contact us first through the contact page. If we can't resolve it together, the dispute will be governed by the laws that apply to the operator of Neon Dance AI. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where the law provides for it.
